David Bell has over 35 years in the commercial roofing and waterproofing industry working with designers, building owners, consultants, and contractors. Utilizing his experience with modified bitumen, single ply and waterproofing systems with a variety of overburdens he has helped provide solutions that both protect as well as enhance a buildings performance. By providing roof evaluations, specifications , inspections and contractor recommendations he brings service both before and after a sale.
